Boeing Proposes Revised Airworthiness Directive for 747 Series Airplanes

The Boeing Company is proposing to update its Airworthiness Directive (AD) for the 747 series, which requires inspections and repairs for cracking issues found in previous aircraft, and would reduce compliance time for certain inspections while adding additional repetitive checks.
