Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S. Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel VELLAMO

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request for a waiver of U.S. coastwise trade laws for the vessel VELLAMO, allowing it to operate under certain circumstances as authorized by 46 U.S.C. 12121.
