FAA Withdraws Proposed Airworthiness Directive for Rolls-Royce Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn a proposed rulemaking that would have required reducing the lifespan of certain high-pressure turbine disks in Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (RRD) Tay 650-15 and Tay 651-54 turbofan engines.
