DoD Establishes Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Policy for Military Personnel

The Department of Defense (DoD) has established a policy for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), a program aimed at preparing military personnel for a smooth transition to civilian life, including meeting Career Readiness Standards (CRS). The TAP provides training and information to help service members navigate their next steps, including education, employment, entrepreneurship, or returning to an existing job.
