NASA Intends to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Microfluidic Devices

NASA is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive patent license for two microfluidic device inventions to ICAP Patent Brokerage, with the patent rights assigned to the US government, and subject to the terms of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
