U.S. Proposes Rule to Update Defense Sales Offset Reporting Requirements

The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has proposed a rule to update its requirements for reporting offsets agreements in connection with sales of certain defense items, excluding submersible and semi-submersible cargo transport vessels and related items not subject to multilateral export control regimes.
