EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Nitrogen Dioxide Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission from the State of New Mexico on behalf of the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County to meet the 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
