EPA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Maryland's Ozone Attainment Demonstration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its proposed rule to disapprove Maryland's June 4, 2007 ozone attainment demonstration for the Baltimore Area, following a request from the state to withdraw the proposed rule under section 110 of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
