U.S. Department of Commerce Requests Public Comment on Commercial Availability of Rayon Fabric Under USMFTA

The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking public comments on a request from American Eagle Outfitters to revise the rules of origin for women's and girls' woven garments to address the availability of 100% rayon woven fabric in the United States and Morocco, as part of the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement.
