OMB Approves Revisions to Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Information Collections
The Office of Management and Budget has approved revisions to three collections of information under the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's regulations, following a mass withdrawal and notice of insolvency, and to terminate multiemployer plans.
