EPA to Submit Information Collection Request for Superfund Program Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request (ICR) for its Superfund program, which is currently set to expire on April 30, 2016, and will be renewed for further review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
