EPA Approves Massachusetts Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, removing the design aspect of a transportation control measure and implementing changes to the public process and references to state transportation agencies. This action is in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
