EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Plan Revisions by Placer County Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District (PCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), aimed at reducing air pollution concentrations to safe levels.
