EPA Launches eDisclosure Portal to Modernize Self-Policing Incentive Policies

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is launching a new web-based portal, eDisclosure, to streamline the process of self-disclosing civil environmental law violations, with the goal of reducing processing time and increasing efficiency for regulated entities.
