Best Practices for Transit, Transshipment, and Reexport of Items Subject to the Export Administration Regulations

The Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is seeking public comments on proposed best practices for the transit, transshipment, and reexport of items subject to the Export Administration Regulations. The comments will be considered before finalizing the best practices and publishing them in the Federal Register and on the BIS website.
