EPA Grants CARB Request for Portable Diesel Engine Pollution Control Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved California Air Resources Board's request to amend its Portable Diesel-Fueled Engines Air Toxics Control Measure, covering in-use, portable, off-road diesel engines rated 50 brake horsepower or greater, under the Clean Air Act.
