Alcentra Capital Corporation and Others Seek Approval for Co-Investment with BDCs and Closed-End Funds

Alcentra Capital Corporation and its affiliates are requesting permission to allow business development companies and certain closed-end management investment companies to co-invest in portfolio companies with each other and with affiliated investment funds.
