EPA Proposes Approval of Minnesota Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision submitted by the State of Minnesota on July 16, 2015, which establishes transportation conformity criteria and procedures related to interagency consultation and enforcement of transportation-related control and mitigation measures.
