The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which pertains to a negative declaration for the Automobile and Light-Duty Truck Assembly Coatings Control Techniques Guidelines (CTG), in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
