NYSE MKT LLC Proposes Rule Change for Proprietary Traders

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission to require the Securities Traders Examination as the qualifying examination for individuals associated with member organizations that engage solely in proprietary trading. The proposed rule also aims to amend continuing education requirements for such members.
