VELCO Files Application to Amend Presidential Permit for Highgate Transmission Interconnection

VELCO, the operating-and-management agent for the Joint Owners of the Highgate Transmission Interconnection, has submitted an application to the DOE to remove outdated operating conditions from the permit, which was originally issued in 1985 and last amended in 2005.
