U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Updates Guidance for In-Kind Credit Under Flood Control Act

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has revised its guidelines for offering in-kind credit under Section 221(a)(4) of the Flood Control Act of 1970, as amended by the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014.
