NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the self-regulatory organizations, which, if approved, will affect the exchange's pricing schedule for securities priced at $1 or more per share, as outlined in Section VIII of the rulebook, and will be implemented immediately.
