DoD Proposes Changes to Interoperability Layer Service System of Records for Access to Facilities and Installations

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing changes to the Interoperability Layer Service system of records to evaluate individuals' eligibility for access to DoD facilities and installations, and implement security standards for entry, while considering identity and law enforcement information.
