EPA Approves Illinois Air Quality Plan Variance for Ameren Power Plants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a variance for Illinois Power Holdings and AmerenEnergy Medina Valley Cogen to reduce air pollution from their power plants, as part of the Illinois Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP).
