FMCSA Exempts 52 Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus from Commercial Motor Vehicle Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has confirmed its decision to exempt 52 individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus from a rule prohibiting persons with the condition from operating commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
