FMCSA Extends Transition Period for Medical Examiner's Certification Integration

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced a 120-day grace period, from December 22, 2015, to April 20, 2016, allowing Medical Examiners to use either the current or revised Medical Examination Report (MER) Form and Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) without penalty.
