SEC Publishes Correction to Regulation Crowdfunding Rule

The Securities and Exchange Commission has published a correction to the final rule, Regulation Crowdfunding, which was implemented to comply with the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012. The correction corrects the omission of the effective date for subpart U, Form Funding Portal, which was published in the Federal Register on November 16, 2015.
