CFTC Adopts Final Rules for Delegated Authority to Designated Contract Markets

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is establishing a new delegation of authority to notify each designated contract market of its percentage of total annual trading volume among all Commission-regulated DCMs to determine if it is a covered DCM under system safeguards rules.
