Union Pacific Railroad Company-Temporary Trackage Rights Exemption-BNSF Railway Company

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) has revoked a class exemption allowing BNSF Railway to regain temporary trackage rights, which will expire on December 31, 2018, as per the original agreement, subject to certain employee protective conditions.
