EPA Grants Exemption for Ammonium Acetate in Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of ammonium acetate, a buffering agent used in pesticide formulations applied to pre-harvested crops, allowing for up to 15% concentration.
