DoD Proposes Changes to Identification Badge System for Military Personnel

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to modify its identification badge system to temporarily issue badges upon arrival and determine permanent award eligibility after a one-year period, with the goal of streamlining the process for military personnel.
