NASA Proposes Changes to Goddard Space Flight Center Records System Under Privacy Act of 1974

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is issuing a public notice of its proposal to modify its Goddard Space Flight Center system of records, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, and updates will be published accordingly.
