US Department of Commerce Finds Heavy Iron Construction Castings from Brazil Likely to Remain Subsidized
The US Department of Commerce has concluded that revoking the countervailing duty order on heavy iron construction castings from Brazil would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy, following an expedited sunset review initiated in 2010.
