EPA Proposes Settlement for Riverside Chrome Plating Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed administrative settlement with two parties, Cleon Benson and SP Group, to recover response costs for the cleanup of the Riverside Chrome Plating Superfund Site in California.
