U.S. Department of Energy Publishes Final Rule for Ceiling Fan Light Kits

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has published a final rule updating test procedures for ceiling fan light kits (CFLKs), replacing references to ENERGY STAR test procedures with industry test procedures and adding an efficacy-based metric for all lamps packaged with CFLKs.
