Liberty Natural Gas LLC Withdraws Port Ambrose Deepwater Port License Application, Terminating Federal Review Process

The Maritime Administration has terminated Liberty Natural Gas LLC's Port Ambrose Deepwater Port License Application, effectively ending the federal review process for the proposed deepwater port in the New York Bight, which aimed to import liquefied natural gas into the US.
