Delfin LNG LLC Submits Amended Deepwater Port License Application, Seeking Public Comments

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) have made the amended deepwater port license application submitted by Delfin LNG LLC available for public review and comment, following the submission on November 19, 2015. The agencies have determined that this notice satisfies National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements, and no public meetings are planned for the amended application.
