FMCSA to Hold Public Listening Sessions on Voluntary Compliance and Safety Recognition

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will host two public listening sessions on January 12 and 31, 2016, to gather feedback on the potential benefits and feasibility of voluntary compliance and ways to recognize carriers and drivers who implement safety programs beyond regulatory standards.
