U.S. Department of Education Amends Systems of Records Under Privacy Act

The Department of Education has published a notice to amend two systems of records, including the Debarment and Suspension Proceedings system and Education's Central Automated Processing System (EDCAPS), in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The changes include updates to system locations, maintenance authorities, and record retention and disposal policies.
