Recon Capital Series Trust, et al. Seek Approval for New Share Redemption Rules

Recon Capital Series Trust and other applicants are requesting a new order that would allow certain investment companies to issue shares redeemable in large quantities, trade shares at market prices, and perform certain transactions in a master-feeder structure.
