EPA Submits Information Collection Request for No-Discharge Zones Under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of an information collection related to establishing No-Discharge Zones (NDZs) under the Clean Water Act, with a proposed extension of the current approval period through December 31, 2025.
