US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce has found that producers and exporters of HWR pipes and tubes from Turkey are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary determination, which covers the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
