Hazardous Materials: Delayed Applications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is publishing a list of special permit applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, as required by 49 U.S.C. 5117(c). The agency provides reasons for delays and expected completion dates for each application.
