US Copyright Office Launches Public Study on Section 1201 of Copyright Law

The US Copyright Office is conducting a public study to evaluate the operation of Section 1201 of the Copyright Act, including the triennial rulemaking process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and is seeking public input on key questions to aid Congress.
