FMCSA Receives 55 Applications for Exemptions from Diabetes Prohibition for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of applications from 55 individuals seeking exemptions from the prohibition on commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operators with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) operating in interstate commerce.
