DoD Proposes Updates to DFARS for Private Security Functions

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to standardize requirements for private security functions performed by defense contractors outside the US, and to revise quality assurance standards. The proposed changes aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these contracts.
