Farm Credit Administration Adopts Rule to Simplify Assessment of Administrative Expenses

The Farm Credit Administration has issued a direct final rule to update its regulations and eliminate outdated language, making it easier for Farm Credit System institutions to calculate their annual assessment amounts, with the new rule taking effect at least 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
