NRC to Review Petition for Rulemaking on Adverse Court Decisions and Funding Shortfalls

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing a petition submitted by Mr. Jeffrey M. Skov, which requests the NRC to establish procedures for responding to adverse court decisions and to annually report on funding shortfalls, following a petition for rulemaking (PRM) dated October 22, 2015.
