NRC Approves Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System Amendment No. 10

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its regulations for spent fuel storage by revising the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System listing to include Amendment No. 10 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1014. This amendment allows for new fuel classes, minor material changes, and clarifies operational requirements for the cask system.
